HOSEFLEX offers an on-site hose replacement service.

Our fully equipped emergency response vehicles aim to respond to your breakdown within the hour, getting your plant or machinery back up and running as soon as possible with the minimum amount of fuss and disruption.

Each of our vans holds a vast array of hydraulic, PTFE, and air hose, complete with fittings, from 3/16" to 1½" bore, giving us major advantage over our competitors. We can get the job done first time, which saves you time and money.

Our fully trained engineers can also attend site to assess non-urgent hose requirements, for example, planned maintenance shutdown, or to advise on the design of new systems.

For ease of ordering we offer our unique part numbering service, the build for your individual part number, which attaches to your hose, is stored on your records at the unit for future use. This enables you to call us for a replacement hose, quoting you individual and unique part number confident that we know exactly what you require.

our remit was to supply and install nearly 2.5km of various hydraulic hose & fittings, the barrels in the picture weigh in excess of 250tones each. this work was carried out over the course of four weekends.
